What People's Say About Place

This is one of my favorite restaurants and has my all time favorite taco - adobado Camaron. Do not sleep on the crispy cheese you can add to the tacos it’s unbelievable. Their salsa is homemade and some of the best I’ve had. Our ritual is to eat here anytime we go to the movies and honestly, whenever else we can. If you haven’t gone here yet you must!!!!

Date night at Chela & Garnacha! Ordered the chicken burrito and the gf got the mole enchiladas and it was delicious! Margaritas were good! Staff was friendly and attentive ensuring we had our drinks replenished and was clearing out our table with the finished dishes. The restaurant was cozy with dim lights and felt intimate. Definitely a first date spot and will come back for sure! Highly recommend it! Will try the quesadillas next!

This is the best Mexican food I’ve had in the City— or the east coast for that matter. They truly take their ingredients seriously! I come here at least 2x a month and it’s consistently delicious with excellent service and a hell of a good happy hour. See you soon!

I was trying to check this place but unfortunately they open late. The birria soup was very good, I also ordered the al pastor tacos with pineapple which were absolutely delicious I added the crispy cheese on my tacos it was like adding a crispy cheese tortilla, the flavor blow my mind. The chips and guac to start are highly recommended. The micheladas are very delicious and refreshing, I ordered the Cuban michelada it’s now my favorite. The atmosphere is great and the service very attentive it was a nice lady taking care of my table, I think was Esther, thumbs up!

I have been in love with this restaurant since they opened. They used to have a truck. The shrimp tacos are to die for. The guac is fresh and tangy. The intrincadas are another fav. Margaritas are just right especially the spicy one. Their homemade hot sauces are the best I’ve ever had! The cajeta buñuelo dessert is so yummy! My fav Mexican restaurant in Queens!

We arrived about 2:00pm on a Friday. The service was good and we had a kind waitress. The tacos are stuffed and you get a lot for what you pay for. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for vegetarian options too.

The food was good with a true Mexican flavor, the pumpkin and corn soup was delicious, and the service was friendly and helpful.

Hands down the best shrimp tacos I've ever had. The guac is off the chain! Where do I start with the margaritas...the jamaican buzzed me up real good! If you like sweet drinks like me...you will be hooked on the tamarind. Our waitress Daisy was amazing too!
